Colorado Adult Dental Medicaid Accepted
As of July 1st, 2014 eligible adults(over the age of 21) enrolled in Colorado medicaid can now make use of the adult dental medicaid benefits. With the passing of Senate Bill 242 in 2013, adults enrolled in medicaid can now get both preventative and comprehensive dental procedures.

What Adult Dental Medicaid Covers:
- Basic preventive dental exams
- Dental X-rays
- Tooth Fillings
- Tooth Extractions
- Periodontal Scaling
- Root Planing
- Partial & Complete Dentures*
*Partial and complete dentures are NOT subject to the $1,000 cap per year.
Summary of Benefits:
- No Co-payments
- Annual dental benefits up to $1,000 per state fiscal year. Fiscal year for dental insurance runs from July 1st – June 30th.
