Dr. Travis Haws and Dr. Rayl
Dr. Haws, a Colorado native, spent his younger years in Colorado Springs and graduated from Cherry Creek High School. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah and then graduated with high academic honors from Creighton University School of Dentistry. Upon graduating from Dental School, he continued Post-Doctoral training as an Oral Surgery resident at SUNY Buffalo. Dr. Haws has practiced all phases of dentistry in the Denver suburbs over the past 20 years.
Dr. Haws is a member of the ADA, CDA, and MDDS and keeps his education and skills current by attending a variety of CE courses that are both hands-on and didactic. He was an implant consultant for Dentsply/ Friadent for a number of years, even traveling to Germany to increase his knowledge of placing and restoring implants.
Dr. Haws believes his primary role beyond diagnosis is to educate patients not only about the diagnosis but various treatment options, enabling patients to choose the best treatment that suits them and their individual life’s circumstances.
Dr. Haws and his wife Camille love the state of Colorado where they have raised their six children (the last three being triplets) who have graduated or are close to graduating from Cherry Creek High School. Dr. Haws is also enjoying his new role of grandpa to his first granddaughter born in February 2018. The Haws family has spent many hours cheering on each other at numerous sporting events in the metro area. As a family, they enjoy hiking, skiing and riding dirt bikes in the Colorado mountains.
Dr. Jeffrey Martin Rayl values education ? he has spent more time and energy investing in post-graduate education than he has in receiving his original degrees.
His patients benefit from his current, knowledge-based decisions regarding their total oral health, especially in the areas of dental implants, TMJ treatment and orthodontics. To that end, Dr. Rayl is an industry leader for improving the standard of service across these disciplines.
He created CABODENT to teach dental professionals worldwide Biologic Orthodontic Therapy via a 2-year mini-residency program. The curriculum teaches dental professionals to incorporate diagnosis of the jaw joints, facial esthetics, airway, orthopedics of the head and neck, along with alignment of the teeth and development of smile esthetics when diagnosing and treatment planning for all patients, adults and children alike.
In 2010, Dr. Rayl founded the Denver Institute for Headache, TMJ and Sleep Disorders which has as its mission ?To nurture the spirit of every patient we care for and educate the public regarding Dentistry?s Role in diagnosing and treating Headache, Neck-ache, TMJ, Facial Pain and Obstructive Sleep Disorders?.
Dr. Rayl has been happily married for over 30 years. He and his wife reside in Castle Rock with their three sons, Christopher, Thomas, and Phillip.
